Review of The Outsiders (1983) by Patrick K — 18 Jan 2010
This is one of those sloppy pieces of shit that coppola has a tendency to make when he's not accidentally making masterpieces. the music and direction are pitiful homages to gone with the wind, most of the acting is terrible (granted the cast is quite young), and what should be a gritty story of social tension is barely more challenging the jonas brothers movie.
this story is deserving a remake...but the weirdest thing is, I really like rumble fish...
