This film an excuse to film a great extended shootout and some paranoid ranting but I defy anyone to explain what the Hell is going on with the labyrinthine plot here. John Hurt is great in anything (as usual) and Rutger Hauer, Craig T Nelson, Dennis Hopper and Cassie Yates are all solid.
Meg Foster's eyes are so hypnotic they should be special effects but aren't.
