Review of The Open House (2018) by Glynn F — 20 Jan 2018
Although predictable (in every sense) The Open House is a fairly enjoyable watch. Whilst the first quarter of the film is pretty unnecessary and ads nothing to the package as a whole, there is a fair amount of tension when things start going bump in the night.
It's also pretty well acted throughout (apart from the obligatory 'crazy old lady'). Take it for what it is, a disposable thriller/horror in the vein of The Strangers.
