A skit movie, but not nearly as funny or smart as I expected it to be. And just because it acknowledges how stupid it is does not make it okay or even funny. There's a reason this movie sat on a shelf for three years before getting a DVD release.
But it is cool to see that Steven Seagal can be funny.
