Review of The Omen (1976) by Tim W — 01 May 2016
Years ago, I sat through the first three Omen films. I even remember reading the first two films novelizations. But I didn't remember how strong some of the images have remained over the years-the hanging nanny, the dead priest, the baboon attack, the decapitated photographer.
I'm not a fan of "hopeless" horror films, but this one wins out, thanks to a great cast and director.
