Review of The Omega Man (1971) by Drew J — 28 Apr 2008
Wow. A successful, aggressive Anglo Saxon doctor is shunned by the sub-humans who fear progress and hate his social-virility. In the end they hurl a spear into his side (seriously) where he falls into a fountain, his blood mixing with water (seriously), and he collapses into an ALMOST crucified stance, and moments before dying he saves the chosen few good people left in the world with a serum made from his blood (seriously).
Charlton Heston is Battle-Christ!
