Review of The Old Maid (1939) by Levi W — 02 Nov 2010
One of those pretty good old school tragedies where even the good ending at the end of the film pales desperately in comparison to the protagonist's strife. Miriam Hopkins is such a babe in this movie and so good with her lines as the movie goes on.
Early on in the movie she has some crap emotional reactions though, haha.
