Review of The Odd Couple (1968) by Eamon M — 23 Jan 2010
A comedy classic! This is a small little movie that is frankly not directed terribly well, but offers superb performances from Walter Matthau and Jack Lemmon. The film moves along at a decent speed and relies mostly on humor of dialog which is sorely lacking in today's comedies.
The film is full of wit and charm and will work its way into your heart. I find I watch it several times a year and never have I not laughed.
