An insecure and obese university scientist comes up with a formula to instantly make one thin. Testing the formula on himself, he finds that it also turns him into something he doesn't want to be. A highly entertaining and original version of the Dr.
Jekyll and Mr. Hyde story, as well as a remake of a Jerry Lewis comedy, this film gets its laughs but ultimately struggles to be anything more than an Eddie Murphy vehicle.
