Eddie Murphy plays Professor Klump in The Nutty Professor... A 1996 comedy romance film that is one of the best comedies ever made. A remake of the Jerry Lewis one I don't know but Eddie Murphy in The Nutty Professor is hilarious.
This film is better than anything with Jim Carrey in it and The Nutty Professor is a real treat for film fans. I recommend it.
