Surprisingly good. I hadn't planned to watch this movie (it came out during my "too much Jim Carey" phase), but the boyfriend was watching it and I really got into it. The film pulls heavily from the genre of film noir, falling squarely in the neo-noir tradition.
Absolutely love Carrey's voiceover narrative. He keeps his voice so calm that it's unrecognizable at first.
