Review of The Notorious Bettie Page (2006) by Tim L — 09 Nov 2007

I enjoyed this film. Nothing too fancy about it, just the story of her life. I didn't know too much on Bettie Page. Actress Gretchen Mol did an excellent job, and the movie was filmed nicely. Felt like you were watching a true vintage film.

I especially liked the Technicolor sequences that were done while she was in Miami. Ohh, and a bonus on the dvd special features. There's a bit on the real Page strip teasing. I love watching a biography and then seeing that real person.
