Seems very tame for a movie about a bondage/fetisj-model. But I guess that's what it really was. The pictures of Betty was even concidered dangerous back then, but today they seem pretty inocent. Gretchen Mol did a good job, and it was visually good, but the story felt empty somehow.
Bettie Page has become a legend, and maybe this movie was unessesary.
