Rather shallow look at her life. There were some great visual aesthetic choices and some that just seemed unnecessary because they just didn't have any functional use. Why were there splotches of green grass here and there? Any why didn't they notice that they needed some serious color correction between black and white shots? Very inconsistent.
Not a bad film, but it really didn't give me any insight into her life....just Gretchen Mol's fabulous body.....which I thank Mary Harron for showing off quite a bit through out the movie.
