These "critics" acting like their infinite film wisdom helped them realize that the past and current day narratives are connected must be so up their own butts if they think that was supposed to be the twist.
Her reaction to the end of the story plus the stellar cry-hard ending make this movie's heart and warmth shine through. Also everyone could learn a thing or two about being gorgeous babes the truely appreciate both their similarities and differences in a long lasting love that is overwhelmingly beautiful and unabashedly cheesy.
