Review of The Night of the Hunter (1955) by Frank M — 25 Mar 2012
Terrifying even by today's standards. It does a great job of putting you in the nightmarish feeling of something horrible following you no matter where you go. The constant endangerment of the children is uncomfortable and had me squirming in my seat, and over all the suspense is some of the best I've ever seen.
One of the best horror movies in existence, a must see for any classics or horror fans.
