Review of The Night of the Following Day (1969) by Post G — 03 Nov 2007
Quite poor execution of this rather banal screenplay. Pretetentious in parts, aspiring to Hitchcock or Frankenheimer, but the vapidity of the story lets down the rather clumsy direction. Brando is strangely unconvincing, and the rest of the cast is similarly distant.
