Review of The Night Listener (2006) by Yossi P — 07 Oct 2007
Patient film slowly building up but gripping, with a vague ending. Perfs satisfactory (i just love Toni Collette), it was a nice surprise to see Robin Williams not being funny and with lots of sentiment in his acting.
Very redundant final scene, spoils the mystery with more doubt. Co-scripted by Armistead Maupin. But a confused plot (not confusing) that cannot take a side.
