The story is not mind-blowing in the lest. But there is just the right amount of comedy to make you laugh, a sprinkle of absurdity but not enough to make the whole product absurd, just enough violence not to make it gruesome, the duo works well together and the 70s setting is just right for the movie.

So it's not perfect, but ends up being pretty good.
