Although most people agree that The New Mutants brings nothing new in term of storytelling. It is a very bold movie with great character development. The fact that they were bold enough to make a superhero movie made with horror elements and Native philosophy.

All wrapped up in a teen drama, makes the fact that they did every character justice and did not give off any strange vibe, so astounding. Character development wise was pretty good, there were some slow parts but they filled up the void with the amazing cast they had .
