Review of The New Daughter (2009) by Brad G — 01 Jun 2010
Kevin Costner, welcome to the land of Direct-To-DVD. It blows. After his kiddies discover a big pile of dirt in the back yard, Costner starts to notice some strange, aberrant behavior from his daughter.
Why is she so whiney? Was she assaulted? Puberty? Native American Supernatural Shenanigans? Hope that shotgun on the dvd cover can be some help to you. Without saying too much, I enjoyed the climactic shenanigans and wish they had played more into the rest of the film instead of all that daughter bitchiness.
Good luck with your new DVD career Mr. Field of Dreams. Not VF.
