Review of The NeverEnding Story (1984) by George J — 11 Jun 2010
Timeless and enduring. Petersen, before being absorbed by absolute box office idiocy, created this wonderful fantasy tale that ventured to compare a magical world of unreal events and magical creatures with the mind of a larger-than-life boy that grew up tipically with the folklore of reading fairy tales until adolescence. Remember those movies called The Bridge of Terabithia, The Chronicles of Narnia, Willow and even The Princess Bride? This kicks ass to all of them.
81/100.
