"The Neon Demon" is a film starring Elle Fanning as an aspiring model trying to make it big in the fashion circuits. Outside of that I can't really say this film has a plot. It is a bizarre, visceral mixture of sexuality and gore that plays out like a gothic horror story minus the scary elements.

I'm not sure how to describe this film to you. It is very disturbing and has profound sexual motifs. On top of that, it is unbalanced and unevenly paced. The actors sound comatose and the necrophilia was profoundly disturbing.

I don't know what to say about a film like this. It was both disturbing and horrifying at the same time ---------------------------------------------------- D.
