Review of The Neon Demon (2016) by Sam O — 29 Jun 2016
It's a strange mix with some gorgeous cinematography in the clever camera angles and a soundtrack that easily carried the atmosphere of the film the entire time. It unfortunately relies on shock value and falls under an example of style over substance but was definitely worth the watch for it is a feast for the eyes.
