Laura Linney's overbearing socialite mother seemed like she was channeling Meryl Streep's Miranda Priestly, both portrayals were hilarious especially when you remember their previous more serious roles. That kid needs to stop pouting. He's too cute.

I enjoyed the narrative voice-over but when it came down to the sentimental scenes, the scenes became maudlin.
