Review of The Namesake (2006) by Steven L — 01 May 2008
Though a tad bit slow, it had me bound in it's story. It's SO intrinsically Indian in it's nature and yet embraces the 'foreign-ness' and welcomes the experiences it brings with it.
.. the portrayal of each character is very well executed and there are little things in each scene of the movie that speak volumes, of things gone by and of those yet to come. A good watch... something I would like watching again.
