Review of The Namesake (2006) by Eugene V — 27 Jul 2008
Based on a novel by Jhumpa Lahiri (Pulitzer winner from 2000), we thought the script would guaranteed to be good when renting this out. The film proved to be excellent in every other way, too, managing to create a peaceful atmosphere although it covers 3 decades.
