Review of The Namesake (2006) by Suraj S — 22 Sep 2013
It's an interesting story for a movie that can get really slow if you don't give it the proper attention. Similar to the Perks of Being a Wallflower, it has less of a plot and more of the feeling of "a snapshot in the life".
The depiction of the struggle of cultural identity seems real and genuine, but the lack of a solid plot made the whole thing fall somewhat flat for me.
