I have not read the book so I can not compare. I found the movie beautiful, and tasteful, resonating with LOUD TRUTHS!!!!! It was all about telling this story and not a commercial ending, refreshing to see this.
Great for anyone who understands what life is existing between two very different cultures, for those people you will certainly get it !!!!
