Review of The Namesake (2006) by Andrea S — 25 Feb 2009
The acting was great and the story was touching. The film does a great job of capturing the tension between children and parents, especially in families who struggle to balance different cultures in a new land.
I also enjoyed the depiction of parents and how they show tenderness and love in their own way. Their connection was very strong and it shows in the movie.
