A murder mystery set in the 1300s. Not bad at all, given the fact that Sean Connery plays the lead. The story was really quite good. Slater was not convincing though. F. Murray Abraham (the Inquisitor) was, as always, brilliant.
So was Michael Lonsdale (the abbot).
