Frank Drebbin is back & this time trying to stop the boyfriend of his ex who has kidnapped a professor & replaced with a fake to fulfill his evil plans.
It's not as funny as the first but there are some good moments. They seemed to run out of steam half way through so I hate to think what the 3rd one is like.
The bits with Barbara Bush are definitely the stand out here though.
