Review of The Music Man (1962) by Nate O — 22 Jun 2007
From the opening, "Cash for the merchandise--Cash for the Buttonhooks", I'm hooked until the end of this movie. Wonderfully memerable songs, great acting and, most of all, the longing we all have to wish we could live in River City, Iowa at the turn of the last century.
My second favorite musical ever, after "The Wizard Of Oz".
