Putting the Knights Templar assisting the evil character was tacky and an attack on Western Civilisation. It is quite frankly disgusting and I walked out of the film as a result. I used to enjoy some of the Mummy films in the past but attempting to position the Crusades as somehow negative, when the very purpose of the Crusades was about liberty and justice over savagery is beyond comprehension and disgusting.
Completely ruined the film and I could not enjoy it. I am not sure if I could ever watch Russel Crowe or Tome Cruise again but on the positive side the mummy was very sexy and it is why rather than give a zero I am giving a one star.
