I enjoyed the movie. The effects were very eerie. I believe it lost it's thrill from the fact it put every scary visual in a trailer or poster robbing the viewers from the 1st time treat. Having seen the best this films got before even buying a ticket.
Even the Doctor's surprise was written about long before I got to watch the movie.
