The Mummy is just all you could think it is. It tries so hard to become what it is today. Unfortunately for us, this is just a slap in our face excuse of a reboot of the Mummy franchise and can often be called a terrible start for the Dark Universe, a newly-made franchise that joins other monster movies released by Universal Studios.
Spend your money elsewhere. This is not even worth a penny.
