The funniest movie that Peter Sellers ever did. (His talents were wasted by the Pink Panther movies.) Shows that America hasn't changed a lot in the realm of international relations: "Gentlemen, whereas most countries forgive nothing, the Americans forgive everything.
We shall declare war on America on Monday, be defeated by Tuesday, and by Wednesday we will be rolling in aid money for rebuilding our economy." nice.
