Review of The Motorcycle Diaries (2004) by Kim M — 27 Jun 2009
The last lines of the movie summarize my experience in Ecuador like nothing I could ever have written--and yet they are so simple: "Wandering around our America has changed me more that I thought.
I am not me anymore, at least I'm not the same me I was." Motorcycle Diaries is the story of the genesis of the man that would become Che and change Latin America--and the world--forever. It's a beautiful film that will leave you wanting to watch it again for a fuller appreciation of its artistry--but also for a fuller appreciation of the human condition and experience.
