Review of The Motorcycle Diaries (2004) by Luke H — 02 Mar 2012
With any political stance aside, which I'm sure I don't agree with the philosophy of Che Guevara, this an extremely beautiful film. It shows a picture of Che as a young man, a medical student, honest & compassionate, which he most likely was before his turn to revolution.
The story is touching & unflinchingly human. Chemistry between the leads, Gael Garcia Bernal & Rodrigo de la Serna, is tremendous. Everything about it is wonderful, the acting, the scenery, the music & the heart warming adventure it takes you on.
