Standard Disney fare has Tommy Kirk, Annette Funicello, and a chimp involved in a series of zany predicaments, all incredibly far-fetched. I happen to love this kind of thing, but I'm willing to admit that this one is pretty lousy.
The most surreal moment: the Beach Boys joining Annette to sing the catchy title song.
