Review of The Mod Squad (1999) by D . — 12 Jun 2006

I had never seen the original series but I quite enjoyed this stand alone movie. I think Claire Danes is a boring actor, not a bad one but I have never enjoyed the roles she playes because she's either in jail, on drugs or just plain boring. This has none of that so I enjoyed it very much, and Giovanni is a great actor as well, I really enjoyed him in this, and Omar. I think it was well casted, and because of this a story that could easily suck was turned into a very interesting one.

I enjoyed it, I don't think it should get a bad rap.
