Review of The Mist (2007) by Paul D — 27 May 2015
I can't get enough of this movie or recommend it highly enough. It's even better in black and white. This (as well as The Host) is the best monster movie of the decade. Are there some believability snags and performance issues? Sure.
Doesn't bother me one bit. Frank Darabont is the man and can movie-make most filmmakers working today under the table. The Mist is the very best of the "we're trapped inside with something trying to get in" type of movie.
