Review of The Mist (2007) by Kaya E — 08 Aug 2015
Sunday afternoon schlockfest! It's got half the cast of WALKING DEAD Season 1, incredibly dated special effects, and suitably idiotic people in a Lovecraftian post-apocalypse small town. Marcia Gay Harden chews the scenery in EVERYthing she's in, and here, as a religious harpy, she is in fine form.
I'd like to throw a can and hit her in the head, too. I did appreciate Toby Hooper as the gunslinging bad ass.
