It would have been so great to see how Marilyn would have grown as a more mature woman and actress after this film. Unfortunately, 'The Misfits' was to be her last completed film. The screenplay by Arthur Miller is a painful and bitter farewell gift to his wife.
The performances are great - especially Montgomery Clift's. Marilyn is radiant, overwhelming and touching. What a lady!
