Review of The Misfits (1961) by Matt L — 18 Nov 2007
Utterly amazing. The film starts off a bit slow but the ending is mesmerizing. Everyone on the cast is terrific and Huston's choice of shots, especially in the aforementioned climactic scene are top-notch.
Monroe in particular shines in a role that plays to the real-life vulnerabilities and tragedy that surrounded her.
