Review of The Misfits (1961) by Jack W — 27 Apr 2009
Could not watch this film without thinking constantly of all the tragedy which followed it. Miller wrote this during his divorce from Monroe, Monroe, Gable, Ritter and Clift all died within 8 years and then the tragedy that was Monte Clift,a gifted actor destined to self destruct.
the story was kinda weak and there really is nothing which stands out in the film but yet it is worth viewing just to see the array of talent.
