Suprisingly, I enjoyed this complex, quirky, and jumpy NYC police drama. It reeks of authenticity, and some of the performances are wonderful to watch. Grainy amateurish phototograhy detracts as does a complicated plot.
You could do worse than spend an hour and a half with these characters.
