Whoa... I was expecting a lot of gore in this, based on what I'd read, but - holy cow, this was gruesome.
The title sounds like it's taken right from a Vivid Video catalog, but aside from one (pretty tame) sex scene, there's nothing that lives up to the name - if you take it that way. But, taken as it was intended, the name is quite fitting.
The story itself is a little weak with some of the situations and developments a little on the "too convenient" side, but everything works well enough that - by the time we get to the twist and ultimate reveal - we're ready for just about everything.
And that is what you get.
