Review of The Midnight Meat Train (2008) by Vuk S — 26 Jun 2010
I was absolutely astonished by this movie, until the end came. The main reason for my astonishment was that it portrayed a silent killer, who's origins and motivation are unknown, and remain partly unknown by the time the movie ends.
I was waiting every second of the film to just learn more about him, and after a long time of waiting, and lots of brutal never-before seen kill scenes, the plot-twisting ending came which somehow farely explained the things that were happening, but left me begging for a different ending, because the current one destroyed the perfection of the character.
A recommendation for every horror fan, just expect the unexpected when the end comes.
