Quite possibly one of the most fucked up movies I've seen in quite a while, The Midnight Meat Train not only has the killer title and the requisite scares and thrills to please almost any horror die-hard, but it's just plain shocking to sit through.
Furthermore, the atmosphere it creates is fantastic!
